The event is a fundraiser to support the Daphne Zepos Teaching Award, a scholarship designed to continue the teachings and trainings of cheese professionals. These professionals experience continuing education in history, culture and techniques in making, aging and selling cheese.
The International Cheesemakers Rock Star Dinner will be held in Di Bruno Bros. Rittenhouse Upstairs Café (1730 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, Pa. 19103), on Thursday, June 26th from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
