For the first culture club of 2018 we'll be taking your taste buds on a trip to Vermont. The parings will include three beers from Von Trapp (Stowe, VT), three ciders from Shacksbury (Middlebury, VT) and six cheeses from Vermont. Representatives from Von Trapp and Shacksbury will be joining our cheesemongers to share their expertise and stories about these excellent Vermont products.
