This special evening will feature charcuterie from our friends at the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma, and they are bringing along some really special meats! We will merge our beer and cheese class to incorporate the many styles of prosciutto di parma and regale you with stories from Italy!
The Culture Club class will be held right in our bottle shop, and will be led by third generation owner, Emilio Mignucci, with assistance from our triple threat—Jeff DiMaio—sommelier, cicerone and Certified Cheese Professional.
You will receive five beer samples paired up with five bites of awesome cheese and prosciutto that will transform how you think about flavor profiles. You can record notes or just relish in the stories that our mongers will share with you. This is a true peek behind the curtain of our expert cheesemongers and their love of the craft!
In his role as a third generation owner, Emilio Mignucci serves as the Vice President of Culinary Pioneering. He’s always on the quest for the latest and greatest eats, will travel the globe to find them, and loves telling the stories behind the products and the producers. His expertise and passion for food has helped him to grow the cheese offerings here at Di Bruno Bros. from the 50 varieties it offered in its earlier days to well over 600 cheeses from all over the world–each with their own unique story.
