In addition to getting a preview of our great vendor partners, our Catering & Events team be serving up favorites like handcrafted ricotta gnocchi with chianti braised short ribs with vine-ripened tomato confit, a mountainous “House of Cheese” display that you can eat, hand carved prosciutto off of our Berkel slicer with mini burrata, caviar, and extra virgin olive oil on crostini—not to mention our “DB Dogs” with Speck, Abbruzze sauce, and pickled tomato relish, our famous Arancini balls, and Philly pretzel buttons.
